Check your spam or junk folder
Our renewal notifications can occasionally be filtered by email providers into your spam, junk, or "promotions" folder.
If you find the email there, mark it as "Not spam" to ensure future ones arrive in your inbox.
When we send renewal emails
We send renewal reminders so you have plenty of time to review before the payment is processed:
Annual subscriptions: We send your renewal email once a year, 30 days before your renewal date.
Monthly subscriptions (in some regions): We also send an annual email showing the upcoming renewal for the year ahead.
What's in the renewal email
Your renewal reminder email will always include:
Your renewal date - the date your subscription will automatically renew.
The renewal amount - the exact price that will be charged.
Links to your account - so you can make changes, update payment details, or cancel if needed.
Your renewal confirmation email will also include:
Your payment method - the card or account that was charged.
