Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are generally considered if submitted within:
Annual or biannual subscriptions - Eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase or renewal date.
Monthly, quarterly, or add-on services - Eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal date, even if billed annually.
After these periods, refunds may not be available except where required by applicable law.
You can check your plan type, purchase date, and billing history by logging in to your Online Portal and visiting the My Services section.
Important Notes
Cancelling auto-renewal is not the same as a refund. Turning off auto-renewal will stop future charges but will not automatically end your service or trigger a refund.
Refunds require full termination of your plan, and access will end immediately once processed.
If you purchased through an app store (Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.), refund requests must be made directly through that store, following their policies.
Refund Processing Times
We aim to process approved refunds as quickly as possible:
Most refunds are processed within 24-48 hours after approval.
In some cases, it may take up to 10 working days, depending on your payment provider's processing times.
Refunds by Payment Method
Credit/Debit Card - Refunded back to the same card; timing depends on your card issuer.
PayPal - Refunded to your PayPal account.
App Store purchases - Processed according to the store's policies and refunded to your store account.

Log in to your account and check your subscription details to confirm eligibility.
If eligible, contact our support team with your account email, purchase date, and invoice number.
